BEIJING (REUTERS) – A senior Chinese diplomat will visit North Korea from Friday (Nov 17) as a special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping, the government announced on Wednesday, amid continued tensions over Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile programmes.
