NEW DELHI (REUTERS) – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss rising violence in Myanmar’s western Rakhine state during a visit that begins on Tuesday (Sept 5), and push for greater progress on long-running Indian infrastructure projects, officials said.
