SYDNEY (REUTERS) – An undersea earthquake measuring 6.6 magnitude struck off Papua New Guinea’s north-east coast on Sunday (Aug 27), but there was no tsunami threat, said the Hawaii-based Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre.
