Former Hong Kong leader Donald Tsang pleads not guilty to bribery

HONG KONG – Hong Kong’s former leader Donald Tsang on Tuesday (Sept 26), who was jailed in February for 20 months for misconduct in public office, pled not guilty to one charge of accepting an advantage when he was in office.
