Shooting near Duterte’s residence in Manila, president not home at time of incident

MANILA (REUTERS) – A shooting took place near the residence of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, the presidential security unit said on Tuesday (Sept 26), adding that the president was not at home at the time of the incident.
