10 Philippine navy men found liable for death of two Vietnamese fishermen in poaching incident

MANILA (The Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network) – Ten navy men have been found liable for the death of two Vietnamese fishermen on Sept 23 when a Philippine Navy ship intercepted their fishing boat near waters off Bolinao town, in Pangasinan province, according to a multi-agency investigative group.
