FBI confirms militant leader Isnilon Hapilon’s death through DNA test

MANILA (PHILIPPINE INQUIRER/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) confirmed that the DNA sample taken from a body recovered in Marawi city matched that of Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon, Philippine Defence Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said on Saturday (Oct 21).
