MANILA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Holed up with about 30 gunmen from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) gunmen in a Marawi City mosque and surrounded by Philippine security forces, Malaysian militant Mohd Amin Baco has put out feelers indicating he wants to surrender.
