Alibaba wins landmark case over fake reviews and sales

SHANGHAI (CHINA DAILY/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – In a landmark decision, a court in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, ruled in favour of e-commerce giant Alibaba after it sued a company for fabricating transactions and favourable comments related to online stores.
