KUALA LUMPUR (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Singaporean Yee Kok Chew, who was ordered to pay RM8,000 (S$2,700) for hitting a guard dog in Malaysia says he has paid more than the fine imposed by the court over the attack.
