SEOUL (AFP) – US President Donald Trump’s notoriously threatening rhetoric towards nuclear-armed North Korea – which has drawn comparisons with Richard Nixon’s “madman theory” of diplomacy – may deserve some credit for bringing Pyongyang to talks, analysts have said.
