Cambodia PM accuses US of lying over aid cut

PHNOM PENH (REUTERS) – Cambodia’s prime minister on Saturday (March 3) accused the United States government of being dishonest in its announced suspension of aid to the South-east Asian nation, saying Cambodia had already stopped receiving aid from Washington in 2016.
