PHNOM PENH (REUTERS) – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, criticised by rights groups for a crackdown on the opposition and media, denounced protesters in Australia as dogs on Thursday (March 1) for burning his effigy, days after threatening to beat them up.
