Seoul City to shut off computers at night to fight overtime starting March 23

SEOUL (KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – The Seoul Metropolitan Government has begun to take steps to reduce overtime work in the public sector, mandating that all computers be shut down after 8pm starting Friday (March 23).
