SEOUL (REUTERS) – Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Friday (March 16) expressed a wish for talks with North Korea, following Pyongyang’s planned summits with South Korea and the United States, the South’s presidential spokesman, Kim Eui Kyeom said.
