South Korea to send special envoys to North Korea: Seoul

SEOUL (AFP) – South Korean President Moon Jae In will send special envoys, including his spy chief, to North Korea on Monday (March 5) to discuss ways to ease tension on the peninsula, his office said on Sunday (March 4).
