Connecting railways a precursor for broader economic cooperation between North and South Korea

SEOUL (THE KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – With leaders of the two Koreas pledging to restore now-defunct railways and roads during the 2018 Inter-Korean Summit last Friday (April 27), hopes are high that the initiative will prompt cross-border cooperation in the economy and logistics.
