ISIS beheads three brothers in Afghanistan

JALALABAD, Afghanistan (REUTERS) – Militants from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militant group have beheaded three brothers, all working in the medical profession, in Afghanistan’s eastern province of Nangarhar, an official said on Monday (April 23).
