Japanese government allows underbooked domestic flights to be cancelled

TOKYO (THE JAPAN NEWS/ASIA NEWS NETWORK)- Japan’s transport ministry is allowing airline companies, under certain conditions, to cancel unprofitable domestic flights with a low number of bookings.
