Vietnam questions possible Grab monopoly in wake of Uber takeover in South-east Asia

HANOI (VIET NAM NEWS/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Ride-hailing firm Uber Technologies Inc’s withdrawal from the South-east Asian market is expected to redraw the ride-hailing market including in Vietnam, and local authorities said Grab has not provided adequate evidence to prove that it has not formed a monopoly in Vietnam.
