Indian PM Modi opens 2 expressways around Delhi to reduce pollution

NEW DELHI (REUTERS) – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday (May 27) he expected around a 30 per cent drop in the number of vehicles entering New Delhi, as he opened two new expressways around the capital aimed at decongesting its streets and reducing deadly pollution.
