US foreign, defence chiefs to visit New Delhi for high-level talks in September

NEW DELHI (REUTERS) – US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Defence Secretary James Mattis will travel to New Delhi in September for high-level talks that were twice postponed this year, the Indian foreign ministry announced on Friday.
