British amphibious assault ship HMS Albion lands Marines in Tokyo

TOKYO (Reuters) – The British Navy’s amphibious assault carrier HMS Albion arrived in Tokyo on Friday (Aug 3) extending Britain’s naval presence in waters around Japan to four months as London deepens military ties in a region it considers vital to global security.
