China Eastern, Japan Airlines team up to tap Chinese tourism boom

SHANGHAI/SINGAPORE (REUTERS) – China Eastern Airlines and Japan Airlines (JAL) on Thursday (Aug 2) said they would form a joint venture (JV) to capitalise on a boom in Chinese tourism, in the first such deal between a Chinese and Japanese carrier.
