PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said on Thursday (Sept 13) it was a good time for her husband Anwar Ibrahim to return to national politics, a day after his Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) announced he would contest a by-election in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
