Counting under way in Afghan poll marred by deadly violence, chaos

KABUL (AFP) – Afghan election workers began counting votes on Saturday (Oct 21) following a partial legislative ballot tarnished by scores of deadly militant attacks, technical glitches and administrative chaos.
