Malaysian court dismisses application by ex-PM’s wife Rosmah to strike out lawsuit over 44 pieces of jewellery

KUALA LUMPUR – The High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Oct 11) dismissed the application by Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, the wife of former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak, to strike out a lawsuit filed by a Lebanese jewellery firm over unpaid jewellery worth RM60 million (S$19.9 million).
