SEOUL/WASHINGTON(Reuters) – US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday (Oct 10) South Korea will not lift sanctions on Pyongyang without US approval, after the South Korean foreign minister softened earlier comments that some of its unilateral sanctions were under review.
