Seoul earmarks more than US$260 million for rail, roads in North Korea

SEOUL (AFP) – South Korea has earmarked more than US$260 million to build new railways and roads in the North, an official said Thursday (Nov 8), as Seoul pushes ahead with cross-border projects despite international sanctions on Pyongyang.
