‘All-or-nothing’ US approach towards North Korea won’t work: Moon Jae-in adviser

SEOUL (REUTERS) – The United States should seek the gradual denuclearisation of North Korea because an”all-or-nothing” strategy will not help break an impasse in talks, a special adviser to South Korea’s president said on Tuesday (March 12).
