Philippine drug enforcers seize $28m worth of meth, as traffickers shift to upscale enclaves

MANILA – Philippine drug enforcers have seized around 160kg of methamphetamine valued at over 1.1 billion pesos (S$28 million) at an upscale enclave just south of the capital Manila where prominent lawmakers, politicians, celebrities and business executives live under tight security.
