After ‘caliphate’ collapse, ISIS militants head to Afghanistan to plot attacks

KABUL (AFP) – Fighters of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) who waged a bloody campaign in Syria and Iraq are heading to Afghanistan to continue their battle and help plot “spectacular” attacks against America, a US official has told AFP.
