Japan PM Shinzo Abe faces grilling for a second day over favouritism scandal

TOKYO (REUTERS) – Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Tuesday (July 25) revised the date he first knew about a friend’s application to open a veterinary school at the centre of a suspected cronymism scandal, saying he became aware of the plan only after it was approved.
