Court rules Japan government not responsible for Fukushima nuclear disaster

TOKYO (AFP) – A Japanese court ruled Friday (Sept 22) that the plant operator not the government was responsible for the 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster, ordering the former to pay damages.
