Cyclone Maring causes widespread flooding, landslides in the Philippines

MANILA (Reuters) – A cylone dumped heavy rains in the Philippine capital, Manila, and nearby provinces on Tuesday (Sept 12), causing widespread flooding and landslides in some areas that killed at least two people, the national disaster agency said.
