KUALA LUMPUR- Kim Jong Nam, the estranged half-brother of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un, had a mixture of saliva, blood and vomit in his mouth when he arrived at a clinic at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, a court here heard on Tuesday (Oct 3).
