Malaysian cops may have fumbled in missing pastor case, says former police chief

KUALA LUMPUR (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Malaysia’s former police chief Khalid Abu Bakar has said there may have been “lapses” by police in their initial investigation into the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh.
