Penang landslide: Human error ‘likely’, as ministry says developer’s application was rejected

PETALING JAYA – The Penang state government has said human error rather than a natural phenomenon was likely to have been the cause of the landslide at a construction site in the state that killed 11 people, Malaysian media reported on Monday (Oct 23).
