Duterte ditches peace process with Maoist rebels

MANILA (REUTERS) – Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has terminated the on-again, off-again peace talks with Maoist-led rebels as hostilities have continued despite the negotiations, the president’s spokesman said on Friday (Nov 24).
