Sydney to spend $2 billion to demolish and rebuild two biggest stadiums

SYDNEY (AFP) – Sydney’s two biggest stadiums will be torn down and rebuilt in a major A$2 billion (S$2 billion) redevelopment, the state government said on Friday (Nov 24), in a controversial move that critics called a waste of money.
