HONG KONG (REUTERS) – Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam has said in an interview that she would not blindly obey the orders of Communist Party leaders in Beijing, while admitting that the government has no way to suppress skyrocketing prices in one of the most expensive property markets in the world.
