SEOUL (KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – The two Koreas will hold working-level talks on Monday (Jan 15) to hammer out key details concerning a North Korean art troupe’s participation in the Pyeongchang Olympics next month, the South’s Unification Ministry said Sunday.
