Sri Lankan leader says US$58bil foreign debt unaccounted for

COLOMBO (REUTERS) – Sri Lanka’s president said on Friday (Jan 26) that more than US$58 billion (S$75.84 billion), or 90 per cent, of foreign loans borrowed by the previous government was unaccounted for in Finance Ministry records.
