Duterte wants end to conditional US, Canada arms deals

MANILA (BLOOMBERG) – Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said he is scrapping the acquisition of 16 Canadian Bell helicopters and pledged to end military purchases from countries including the US that impose conditions.
