No plan for ‘bloody nose’ North Korea strike, say US officials

WASHINGTON (AFP) – The United States is not considering a pre-emptive “bloody nose” strike on North Korea to punish it for its nuclear weapons programme, US lawmakers and a senior official said on Thursday (Feb 15).
