Thai PM now says election to be held no later than Feb 2019

BANGKOK (REUTERS) – Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said on Tuesday (Feb 27) that a general election he had promised to hold in November would take place “no later” than February 2019, the latest delay to anger critics of the government.
