Philippine troops kill 44 militants in ongoing clashes in the south

MANILA (XINHUA) – Philippine government troops have killed 44 militants in continuing clashes with the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF), an army spokesman said on Sunday (March 11).
