CANBERRA (REUTERS) – Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on Monday (May 7) promised tax cuts for lower income earners and flagged a multi-billion dollar infrastructure spend on the eve of a federal Budget seen as the unofficial start of election campaigning.
