South Korea to ‘wait and see’ as North Korea threatens to freeze talks

SEOUL (THE KOREA HERALD/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) – Seoul’s presidential office said on Friday (May 18) that it will “wait and see” as North Korea threatened to not hold talks with South Korea unless it stops the ongoing joint military drills with the United States.
