Vietnam trade ministry says formally launched investigation into Uber-Grab merger

HANOI (REUTERS) – Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade on Friday (May 18) officially launched an investigation into the takeover of Uber Technologies’ South-east Asia business by rival Grab, the ministry said.
